Refund and Returns Policy
At Ansary Furniture, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund in line with our policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the specified period. Our goal is to make the process smooth, fair, and transparent, ensuring your shopping experience with us is always worry-free.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Packed securely in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Please note: Custom-made furniture, clearance items, and products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order furniture.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or lack of care.
- Products that have been assembled or installed after delivery.
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@ansaryfurniture.com or via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the approval process and arrange a pickup if eligible.
4. Refunds
- Once your returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- If you prefer, you may exchange your product for another item of equal or higher value.
- For exchanges of higher value items, customers will need to pay the difference.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After this period, cancellation requests will be subject to approval and may incur charges if production or delivery has already started.
